| Students |
Students should seek help
from their nearest ITS Service Desk for general IT-related problems,
such as password or computer account issues. Queries regarding course
work and course related systems should be directed to your faculty-based
IT support. Students should always come through ITS for any IT related queries and then we may have to send them to their faculty.

| Staff |
Staff should seek help
from their departmental or faculty IT support
before seeking assistance from ITS. This is applicable particularly
with respect to course related systems and lab or office PC/printer
problems. If you do not have local IT support, please contact the
ITS Service Desk on your campus.
