Review duplex pilot in student environment and explore options for expanding the pilot

Semester 1 pilot showed substantial paper savings and student acceptance. Continue with pilot for Semester 2. Library considering default duplex without cost change.

Continue upgrade of Monash Fax Service
|
The service has already been rolled out at the Parkville, Berwick, Peninsula and Gippsland campuses. Work is currently underway at Caulfield and Clayton.
275 of the 748 known fax lines already converted. (7/2009)

Continue VOIP phone roll out
|
Completed at Berwick, Gippsland, Parkville and Peninsula. The old phones are broken down by PGM refiners who recycle the plastic, copper wiring and circuit boards.
