Investigate and promote use of EVO (Enabling Virtual Organisations) within research community

Promote take-up of video conferencing, including support and training

Develop service management including funding and service ownership

- Video conferencing rooms across; Clayton, Caulfield, Gippsland, South Africa and Prato have all been upgraded.
- The Law and Arts faculty trialed video conference equipment and have gone onto purchase their own
- Take up of video conferencing was enhanced through the Intergrated Collaboration Environment (ICE) program, this envolved the distribution of web cams and accompanying training to training to management of ITS who are based in both building 28 and 203 who need to collaborate
