ITS support during university closedown

The university Christmas/New Year closedown period is effective from 23 December 2004 - 3 January 2005, inclusive. During this time ITS will have a reduced level of support available, which is influenced by the terms of our maintenance and support contracts with suppliers.

ITS staff will be on-site at Clayton from 9.00am to 5.00pm every day, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Their role is to monitor IT infrastructure and the running of services.

The ITS Service Desk will not be open over the holiday period and any issues should be submitted via the ITS Request Form. These will be addressed after the University opens on 4 January 05. Key IT Managers in Faculties and Divisions have procedures to follow should a critical issue arise.
