Participate in email, calendar and related services review

Information Technology Services (ITS) has commissioned a review of workgroup and collaboration services for staff including email, calendar, document sharing, collaboration groups, videoconferencing, mailing lists and instant messaging.

As all staff use these types of collaboration services, and will be impacted by the outcome of this review, you are encouraged to take the opportunity to have input into the process of choosing new workgroup collaboration tools.

As part of the consultation process, user reference group meetings are being held at all Victorian campuses to enable staff to discuss and submit their requirements for workgroup collaboration services.
