New look for ITS website

The ITS website has adopted the new Monash templates and has a new structure which is closely aligned with the ITS Services Catalogue.

The new design and navigation are the result of best-practice usability testing with a number of key audiences including:

• Undergraduate students
• Postgraduate students
• General staff
• Academic staff
• IT support staff

Information for staff appears at two different levels. Firstly, general information about IT services is available for non-technical staff, with links to more technical information for those who are interested. Secondly; there is a direct entry point into more detailed technical explanations of IT services for technical support staff, with links to general information about those services.

The top levels of the website have been implemented and are now visible. The content for each of the sections will be progressively edited and updated to align with the new navigation and design. Please bear with us during this transition as content is rolled into the new structure. If you are looking for some information but cannot find it, send an email to webmaster@its.monash.edu.au with your request and we will relocate the links for you.
