Workgroup Collaboration Review

Information Technology Services (ITS) has commissioned a review of workgroup and collaboration services for staff including email, calendar, document sharing, collaboration groups, desktop video conferencing, mailing lists and instant messaging.


The Project is now in the Solution Evaluation Phase

The project has now progressed to evaluation phase where various solutions will be reviewed for their ability to meet the requirements submitted by staff. The project team would like to thank all staff for their input during the requirements gathering phase.

The Review Process

The process will include a requirements analysis and a review of available workgroup/collaboration solutions with a view to recommend the most appropriate solutions which will meet Monash's requirements for the next several years.


Implementation

The implementation of selected products will be staged over a number of years starting in 2006.
