Services updates

Update: 12 December 2008
  • Local folders solution pending
The Monash Messaging tools for local folders and rooms and resources are currently being tested and scheduled for release. Staff already converted to Monash Messaging will be notified by their local IT support as soon as these tools become available for general release in 2009.
Update: 24 November 2008
  • Temporary cessation of Monash Messaging rollout to resolve server stability concerns
Given the impact that server instability has had for some staff, a decision has been made to quarantine the load on current systems by temporarily postponing further rollouts of the Lotus Notes service across Monash. Rollout of Lotus Notes services will resume once server stability has been achieved. Monash is working closely with senior IBM experts to find an appropriate solution  as soon as possible.
