The new Monash To Do tool allows you to easily manage and track all tasks, projects and jobs you or your team are working on.

Enhancing collaboration

Desktop task management is a new generation of technology for staff at Monash. It will siginificantly improve the ways in which you are able to improve the administrative workflow of collaborative and delegated tasks.

The new Monash To Do tool will enable you to:

• View a list of tasks, jobs or projects
• Share and track tasks between two or more people
• Delegate tasks to other team members
• Get an 'instant snapshot' of individual and overall task progress
• Easily convert an email to a task
• Program reminders for the completion of tasks
