Monash Phone Rollout Schedule

Monash Phone is being delivered to staff by the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Project  that is part of the ICE Program.

The VoIP Project is a strategic initiative that, when integrated with the full suite of delivered by the ICE Program, will revolutionise the way Monash conducts person-to-person communications. 

The introduction of Monash Phone will usher in the convergence of data, voice, video and rich media content. It will provide new ways for people to communicate within and towards Monash, improving the productivity of the University's research, education and administrative activities and reduce the per-unit costs to deliver services.
