Enhancing collaboration

Providing a self-service online workspace where teams can together on a particular task or activity, Monash Team Space will enable you to:

• Share documents
• Store important information securely
• Participate in discussions
• Track tasks
• Create shared calendar entries
• Publish information in wikis 

Collaborators do not need to be internal to Monash to share information; access can be made available to those with in interest or stake in the activity being managed. Through this tool, people at Monash are therefore better able to consolidate and expand professional networks beyond geograhical locations and open up new channels of information exchange.

Monash Team Space will make it easy for you to get started on a task or activity straight away by using templates that can be applied to common collaboration activities including Committee Management, Research Teams, Project Teams and much more.
