New fax requests
To have the new fax service installed in your office at Monash University, please contact the fax representative for your department.
Note: Fax representatives, refer to the information at the service installations and changes website.
Equipment orders
Multifunction devices may be ordered through the catalogue available on the procurement for Monash University website.

Submit a request for converting fax number to PC faxing via an online form under 'Installations: new/activate' category at the service installation and changes website.

Log a request with the ITS Service Desk to create a group/shared account for PC faxing.
Note: If your group is on Lotus Notes email client please request a group/shared email account be created in Lotus Notes.
Add new or existing group/shared email account to a existing personal email account (Mozilla Thunderbird or Lotus Notes)
