IT Warranties

All IT equipment leased or purchased from an endorsed Monash supplier comes with a warranty.  The warranty will differ from product to product but will generally run for 3 years (some components such as laptop batteries may be less) and will either be onsite or return to base.

It should be noted that all leased equipment should be repaired under warranty conditions before being returned to the bank.

All IT equipment must be repaired by a licensed repairer so that the warranty is not invalidated.
