Enhanced telephony processing system (ETPS)


What is this service?


This service is the provision of advance routing, traffic monitoring and reporting call centre type phone system that tracks and receives calls and takes messages, and can handle multiple work flows.


Who can use it?

Authorised staff at all Australian campuses of Monash University.

How do I get it activated?


Requests for ETPS access/service are reviewed on a case by case basis. The staff member must log a HEAT request  and an ITS representative will contact them to discuss their needs.


How do I use it once it is activated?


Training is provided to departments requesting ETPS services.
