What is this service?

This service is the provision of non-standard telephone services, voicemail and the Monash University switchboard.

Who can use it?
|
Authorised Monash University staff at Australian campuses and other authorised users. Students and visitors via phones in public places, teaching spaces and lifts. The general public for switchboard services.

How do I get it activated?
|
Visit the service installation and changes page to submit a new telephone installation request. The staff member should consult with their IT support staff prior to submitting the request.

How do I use it once activated?
|
This service is immediately available once installation is complete. For more information visit the using your telephone page or the staff member should contact their IT support staff.
