What is this service?


This service is the provision of desktop support services to any faculty, division or affiliate organisation on a fee-for-service basis.

Desktop support is the provision of assistance and support for the computing equipment and staff located at the client’s premises.  


Who can use it?

Authorised Monash University staff at Australian campuses and other authorised users.

How do I get it activated?


Contact the ITS Service Desk for information regarding desktop support services.


How do I use it once it is activated?


Authorised staff should  log a support request.

Faculty staff should contact their local IT support in the first instance to request desktop support services unless otherwise directed.


How much does it cost?
