IT support for students


What is this service?


This service is the provision of direct support, information and training services provided by the ITS Division. This service includes:

  • a multi-channel service desk
  • the publication of support material
  • a web support channel
  • training resources and facilities
  • the on-line service includes publications, support material and training resources.

Who can use it?

Authorised students at all Monash University locations.

How do I get it activated?


This service does not require activation.


How do I use it once it is activated?


Multi-channel service desk: Visit the ITS Service Desk page for a list of service desk locations.

Support material: Visit the IT information for students page. 

Web support channel: use the ITS request form to log a support request.

Training resources: The student should log into their my.monash enterprise portal, select the 'Study and enrolment' tab, select 'IT Resources' and then select 'IT Training'.


How much does it cost?

This is a centrally funded service.
