What is this service?

This service is the provision of consultation, gathering of information and production of planning documents including the University IT Strategic Plan - a portfolio of ITS development programs, projects and service enhancements and university-wide IT policies supporting the above services. It further supports IT projects through the provision of a central repository for project deliverables and best practice material; advice and guidance regarding project management, undertaking ongoing quality assurance reviews of IT projects.
