What is this service?

This service is the provision of:
- Purchasing, accounts payable/receivable, assets, budget, financial planning, performance reporting and accomodation functions for the ITS Division.
- Operational and strategic services and system development and HR management services to the ITS Division
- Business Services function assists the ITS Division by taking leadership, implementing initiatives and assisting the Division in the establishment of policies, systems and methods that ensure the University's overall investment and expenditure in IT is consistent with the provision of effective and efficient services. The ITS Business Service function plays a key role in ensuring the business support services rendered by the Division are geared towards assisting the University to achieve it's strategic and business goals.
