IT support for staff


What is this service?


This service is the provision of direct information, support and training for services provided by the ITS Division. This service includes:

  • second level IT support for staff via a multi-channel service desk for issues referred on by faculty IT support staff.
  • the publication of support and information materials.
  • a web supported channel.
  • training resources and desktop support facilities.

Note - First level IT support is provided by the faculty, as per the Monash University Information Technology Policy.
  


Who can use it?

Authorised staff at all Monash University campuses and staff in affiliate organisations which are connected to the Monash University data network.

How do I get it activated?


This service does not require activation.

Multi-Channel Service Desk: Visit the ITS Service Desk page for a list of Service Desk locations.

Support material: Visit the IT information for staff page for staff support information.

Web support channel: Visit the ITS Request form page to log a support request.

Training resources: Visit the IT training for staff page for information regarding staff IT training.

This service is centrally funded.
