What is this service?


This service is the provision of basic PC videoconferencing which allows staff, University collaborators, partners and guests to connect with each other via the recommended software over the internet.


Who can use it?


Authorised staff at at specific Monash University locations.


How do I get it activated?


Visit the PC videoconferencing page for information regarding the setup, installation and activation of PC videoconferencing.


How do I use it once it is activated?


This service is automatically available once the software has been installed and setup. For assistance in using PC videoconferencing the staff member should contact either their IT support staff or the ITS Service Desk.


How much does it cost?


Usage: This is a centrally funded service.

Installation: Depending on the staff member's IT support agreement, there may be a cost associated for installing the software on their computer - the staff member will need to contact their IT support staff.
