How can I divert my phone, transfer a call or get more info about general usage of my phone?

Why can't ITS activate an existing phone port instantaneously?

A cabled phone port does not mean it is connected to the PABX telephony exchange. A technician must come out and patch it to the PABX.

What is the status of my request?

Call extension 51777 and request a status check.

When dialing external numbers which have menus (ie press 1, press 2 etc) my phone keypad does not work?

Press Recall  *  *  9 and then press the appropriate phone button option.

I have a problem with my existing phone. It is not working properly.

Call the fault line on 54008.

Does the fault line handle mobile phones?
