How can I divert my phone, transfer a call or get more info about general usage of my phone?

Why can't ITS activate an existing phone port instantaneously?

A cabled phone port does not mean it is connected to the PABX telephony exchange. A technician must come out and patch it to the PABX.

Note: All new IP phones have been enabled to work on all existing and activated data ports. You are now able to move your IP phone in the same way you move your computer when moving office.

What is the status of my request?

Call extension 51777 and request a status check.
