IP Phones

Monash University is currently engaged in replacing the outdated PABX telephone system with an IP telephony service across the University.  IP telephony technology transmits voice conversations over the data network. This part of our website covers support, billing and requests for all services under the Monash Phone category (typically office phones that have the Cisco branding).

PABX Phones

If you have an office telephone that does not have the Cisco branding on it, it is most likely that you are using the legacy PABX system. This part of our website covers support, billing and requests for all services still operating on the PABX system.

Mobile Phones

This part of our website covers support, billing and requests for all mobile telephone services. The billing information only applies to mobile telephone services attached to the central mobile account.
