Mobile phone procurement for Monash University

This site is for the procurement and repairs of Monash fleet mobile phones only. Any mobile phones ordered must have approval by your faculty or department.

Monash recommends purchasing Mobile Handsets at the Solve online store

Monash University has in place a procurement framework that limits the purchase of mobile handsets to these guidelines:

Purchasing of non approved devices may be subject to auditing and scrutiny of the University Procurement Board.

NOTE: A new initiative to reduce the cost of University mobile data spend, has meant a mobile data pack may be applied to new services.

  • If you are using Internet Explorer and you receive a security warning during the ordering process, asking "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely" - select "NO", otherwise the browser may block web buttons preventing you from completing the process.
  • If you experience any technical issues while using the online store that you cannot resolve please contact Solve Communications.
  • Authorisation is required through the Rights System. All Authorisers listed are users who have purchase approval rights in SAP.
