IP Phone: Setting and resetting the PIN and Password

Note: Using this PIN Change service will set for the first time, or reset both your PIN and password. The PIN is used for Extension Mobility and the Password is used to log into the IP Phone configuration web page page where you configure your line settings and speed / abbreviated dial numbers.
  1. Press the Services button on your IP Phone.
  2. Select the PIN Change option.

  3. Enter your Authcate username and password.
  4. Enter your five digit extension number
  5. Enter a new PIN (minimum of 4 digits)

  6. Press Submit.
    7. Note: Use the number pad to enter numbers and letters, the same way you would use your mobile phone to SMS..
