IP Phone: Speed / abbreviated dial numbers configuration

1. Access the IP Phone configuration web page using the link below

   Cisco Unified CM User Options

2. Enter your IP Phone Username. This is your five digit extension number.
3. Enter your IP Phone PIN and click Login.
   
   Note: If you need to set or reset your IP Phone PIN please refer to the IP Phone PIN change page.

   

   When successfully logged in you will see your five digit extension number on the top right hand side of the page.

   

4. Click on the User Options drop down menu then select Device.

   

5. Click on the button.
6. For each speed dial number you wish to add, enter a phone number in the Number field and and meaningful description in the Label field of the Advanced Dial Settings table.
   The ASCII Label field will be automatically filled for you when you press tab.
   Note: Ensure you add a leading zero if the speed dial is for an external number.

7. When you have finished click the button.
8. Finally click Logout on the top right hand side of the page.
