1. How can I setup my Voicemail?

2. How can I access my Voicemail from another telephone?

• Dial 26026
• When asked for the security code, dial *  #
• When asked for your mailbox number, dial your extension number.
• When asked for your security code enter your security code.

3. How can I change my Voicemail message?

Dial 26026, key in your security code then dial 3  1  3.

4. How can I change my security code?

Dial 26026, key in your current security code then dial 3  1  4.

5. My phone is indicating I have a message but I don't. How can I stop it showing this?

Call your extension from another phone and leave a message. Go to your phone and delete that message. This should clear the message indicator.

6. My phone isn't ringing and is going straight to Voicemail, how do I fix it?

If you have an intermittent dial tone when you lift the receiver, you have a diversion set on your phone. To remove this dial ##9.
