Extension Specific Processing

Additional call processor mail boxes associated with an extension can be set up to provide incoming callers with a range of options via use of their telephone keypad. The options may provide the caller with sought information following a series of recorded questions and keyed responses from the caller. They may, via questions and responses, transfer the caller to the appropriate extension to more effectively target their call. They may direct the caller to record formatted information. The flexibility of Extension Specific Processing (ESP) allows diverse systems to be established.
