Recording an alternate voicemail greeting

When going on leave, it is a good idea to record an alternate voicemail greeting to advise callers that you will be unavailable.
The alternate greeting can be enabled or disabled without affecting your usual greeting message.

To enable or disable your alternate greeting

1. Press the Messages button on your phone or dial 27027 (+61 3 990 27027 externally).
2. Enter your PIN
3. Press 4 1.
4. Voicemail will play your current greeting. Press # to skip hearing it.
5. Press 3 3 to change your alternate greeting.
6. When prompted, use the following keys to change it:
   
   

   Key	Action
   1	Record/re-record
   2	Use system greeting
   3	Enable/disable greeting
   *	Cancel or back up
   0	Help

Shortcut: Enable/disable alternate greeting
