Who we are

The ICT Vendor and Contract Management Office (ICT V & CMO) supports all procurement and contract management requirements for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) categories.

The ICT Vendor and Contract Management Office provides you with a central location for all your IT procurement needs to be managed. As more people use the ICT Vendor and Contract Management Office it increases our buying power which means better value for you. We can also advise you if the item you are looking at procuring is already available or whether we have a competitive deal with a similar supplier that we could be leveraging.

Following the frameworks and processes set by the Strategic Procurement Group (http://www.adm.monash.edu.au/procserv/), the ICT V & CMO provides procurement, category management and contract management services.

The ICT V & CMO also manages the operational requirements for Monash’s desktop and notebook leasing facility.
