ITS Communications Framework

The ITS Communications Framework is a set of processes, tools and templates, designed to enable ITS to communicate effectively with its stakeholders by means of consultation and information dissemination. Covering general communications audiences, principles and channels, application of the Framework is flexible as required for an individual project.

A quick reference guide to common ITS stakeholder groups and audiences, including appropriate communication channels.

ITS Communications Plan - Template - Appendix D (doc 100kB)
A template designed to assist Service Coordinators and Project Managers to develop a Communications Plan to accompany the introduction of a new service or a major change to an existing service.
