On-Line Performance Development

Description

The Human Resources Division is implementing an Online Performance Development (OPD) system to assist academic staff, their supervisors and the University to manage the performance development process in a timely way following consistent principles and practices across the University. The development of OPD will take place within the boundaries established in the Monash University Enterprise Agreement (Academic and General Staff) 2005. The University's intention is that from the beginning of the 2009 performance cycle, academic staff at Victorian campuses will use the online tool to supplement and support the face-to-face performance discussions that form the backbone of the performance development process.
