Reporting on your Project
If your ICT project has been allocated Strategic Initaitive funding or funding from Major Capital Works then you will be required to submit a report to the ITS Project Office each month.
If your report is operationally funded within ITS, you may still be required to submit reports at the discretion of the ITS Directors. Even if your situation does not mandate it we would encourage you to have some form of regular reporting, feel free to use the template and modify as you see fit or come up with your own. Any reporting is better than no reporting.
Reports are due on the first working day of each month, reporting on activity up to the preceding month. The collated reports are submitted to ITS directors each month, and used to produce quarterly summaries for the wider University including FiRM and the the Vice Chancellors Group (Property and Information).
