Cut-off date in Callista

Internet access is denied from the day after the Thesis Status has been set to "EXAMINED" (At this point the student has no need to modify the thesis). From that day the student will have 90-day access to Monash-only IT services to do such things as:

• arrange with their faculty for re-direction of mail,
• contact their research collaborators to notify completion and address change,
• archive their mail,
• archive their research data, /staff/email/archive/index.html
• utilize any outstanding printer credit that was purchased and not subsidised.
