TSL software is available to the staff of the following participating Faculties : Art & Design, Education, Information Technology, and the Victorian College of Pharmacy. |

TSL software is available to the staff of the Faculties listed above for work at home on one personally owned, or one computer provided by Monash University to the staff member, for work-related purposes only. |
Students - at University |
TSL software is available to students enrolled in courses in the following Faculties : Art & Design, Education, Information Technology, and the Victorian College of Pharmacy. |
Students - at Home |
Not permitted. |
Other Licence Conditions |
Use of all Adobe products is goverened by the applicable End User Licence Agreement for the particular products.

Monitoring Usage / Installation |
All use of the TSL Products is governed by the Adobe End User License Agreement, which accompanies each Product, including the warranty and liability sections contained therein. Monash agrees to make and to maintain until the expiration of one (1) year after the last payment under this Agreement is due, complete books, records and accounts regarding usage of the Products. Adobe has the right not more than once every six (6) months to have an independent auditor examine such books, records and accounts during Monash’s normal business hours to verify compliance with this Agreement. |
