What is this software for?

EndNote is a database software tool that helps you:

• Search bibliographic databases on the Internet
• Organise references and images in a database
• Construct your paper with built-in manuscript templates
• Create the bibliography and figure list appear as you write
• Save bibliographic descriptions of the material that you have read for your assignments
• Import details of material that you have found, either in the Library catalogue or in other databases and catalogues
• Automatically create citations, reference and bibliographies for your assignments in your required style.

• Download EndNote
  If you are upgrading from a previous version of EndNote you need to backup style, import filters and connection files you wish to retain and uninstall the previous version of EndNote on your computer.

  If downloading fails go to your local branch library and obtain a copy on CD-ROM to take home and load.

What is this software for?

This file allows you to use the EndNote program to connect to the library catalogue with the ability to do a search and save the results in an EndNote library file.

Licence information/Conditions of use

This file is available for all Monash students and staff who can establish a connection to the Library catalogue. When you are no longer a student you are expected to remove the whole EndNote program from your computer.
