nprint: Permission denied when initializing connection

When I try to print in Linux using nlpr2, I get 
nprint: Permission denied when initializing connection
  1. Check if the password you are using is your Novell password and not your Linux password.
  2. Check your Novell password; Novell passwords of no more than 8 letters and numbers should be used for Linux to Novell printing. For help on changing passwords see http://www.its.monash.edu.au/faq/passwords.html (wait at least 15 minutes for your new Novell password to propagate).
  3. If you have changed your Novell password run nsetprint again and record your new Novell password, before attempting to print again using nlpr2
  4. Check that you have enough credit available to print the job (can only be done in Windows).
  5. If you still can't print in Linux, follow the instructions at http://www.its.monash.edu.au/staff/systems/linux/technical/linux-winprintps.html to print your file in Windows.
