Teaching services and technical support

 

The Technical Support Unit is a part of the Teaching Facilities Support Unit within Client Services, a department of the Information Technology Division.

The main role of the Technical Support Unit is to provide technical support to the Lecture Theatre Support Unit. 

When we are unable to carry out the maintenance in-house, we can recommend or send the equipment, to a specialised service agent. We can scrutinise, on behalf of our client, the work carried out by outside service contractors and ensure that the equipment is repaired to our standards.
