Notes:

• Does not support H.239 Desktop Content Sharing and T.120 Data Sharing.

Previous release notes:

• XMeeting v0.3.4 is now available.
• XMeeting v0.3.2 (2006-09-04) can call using IP address only and cannot call using H.323 ID and E.164 number. NOT RECOMMENDED.
• XMeeting v0.3 (2006-07-02) can call using IP address and E.164 number but cannot call using H.323 ID.

Configuration

1. Select Preferences in XMeeting menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Accounts and click on [+] to add a H.323 Gatekeeper Account.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter details of gatekeeper account:
   
   
   • Account Name: Monash GK
   • Gatekeeper Host: gk.monash.edu.au
   • User Alias/ID: (Firstname Lastname)
   • Phone Number: (Your office telephone number (omit '990' if your number starts with '990'). Enter nothing if you do not have a telephone number.)
   • Password: (No password)
   • Select OK.
     
     
     
     
4. Go to 'Locations', click on 'H.323' tab and enable all options and select Monash Gk in 'Gatekeeper Account'.
   
   
   
   
5. Finally, select Apply and you are ready to make a video conference call.
