Testing with users ensures our products and services better meet user and organisational goals. This, in turn, means that users can use the product or service more effectively and efficiently. Improving usability and accessibility helps:

  • deliver positive experiences to prospective students who then go on to choose Monash over other institutions;
  • create and improve tools which assist academics in their research;
  • create and inform the learning environment which aids students in their education; and
  • provide more effective and efficient tools for support and administrative staff.
