Where can I access Monash WebMail?You can access your Monash WebMail account from anywhere where you have access to a web browser (such as Netscape, Mozilla or Internet Explorer). Simply log in to your Monash WebMail at http://mail.monash.edu.au using your Authcate username and password. Which web browsers work with WebMail?Any web browser with supports Javascript should work with WebMail. Monash WebMail requires Javascript enabled to workIf you see the error message Monash WebMail requires Javascript enabled to work, please ensure you have Javascript enabled in your browser. When I send a message, is a copy saved?Yes. WebMail saves copies of your messages in a folder called Sent. Click on the Folders button to the left of the WebMail window to get the list of your folders, then click Sent to see its contents. My name under WebMail is wrong. Can I change it?At the moment, WebMail uses the name you provided to Monash when you enrolled. We are working on a method of allowing you to select from various alternative names. Can I use another mail program with WebMail?No. ITS has designed the new student email service to work exclusively on the Web. I'm vision impaired. How can I use WebMail?We recommend that you register with Monash's Disability Liaison Unit. They may be able to offer you assistance with your studies.
