Microsoft Internet Explorer proxy setupThe following instructions explain how to configure Microsoft Internet Explorer to use the Monash Proxy Servers. This is required for external Monash internet access.Step 1Start Internet Explorer and click on the 'Tools' Tab located near the top left corner of the browser window. Then select 'Internet Options' in the drop-down menu that appears.Step 2In the 'Internet Options' window click on the 'Connections' tab located near the top of this window. From there click on the 'Settings’ button, next to the `MonashDial’ entry.
Step 3Ensure that the 'Use automatic configuration script' box is ticked.In the white 'Address' text box type: http://www.monash.edu.au/proxy.pac and click on the 'OK' Button.
