Monash wireless service
Monash-Connect wireless service
The Monash-Connect wireless network provides
easier internet access for Monash staff and students.
The service supports laptop computers (Windows XP/Vista, Linux and Mac) as well as many PDAs.
Note: Users are not permitted to place their own wireless access point (WAP) on the Monash network. See the Policy on Wireless Networks for further information.

FREE
wireless workshops: ITS is running workshops throughout the
semester to assist you with registering your own laptop to access the
Monash wireless network.
Other wireless services
- Monash-Wireless-Net
Previous wireless service, to be used only for initial connection required
in order to set up Monash-Connect.
- eduroam
For visiting academics, staff from other institutions and Monash staff
and postgraduates visiting other institutions.
